About Me

I help people understand and adopt technology by translating complex systems into clear, usable workflows. Over the past 10+ years in IT support, software implementation, and technical operations, I’ve supported system rollouts, built training resources, and worked closely with users and developers to improve adoption and usability. I’m currently pursuing a B.A. in Computer Science (HCI concentration) at UNC Charlotte, with a focus on product design and user-centered systems. I’m interested in roles in technical facilitation, AI/technology implementation, and product design where improving how people use technology is the core focus.
